The Mission of the Appalachian Authors Guild and Associates is to support and promote literary art throughout the Appalachian Region, to encourage writers, authors and others associated with literary art to both preserve and build upon the literary history and heritage of the Appalachian Region.

Membership Qualifications: The Appalachian Authors Guild and Associates will accept an application for membership from any author or writer who lives or has lived in the Appalachian region or is writing or has written about an Appalachian subject or is associated with literary art in the region.

Dues are $25/yr (January-December) Please enclose a $25.00 check payable
to AAG&A and mail to the above address. The Board of Directors will review
your application and notify you of your membership.

If you wish your book(s) displayed on the Guild’s website, 20% will be
deducted from any website sales.
